Name, surname, e-mail address, contact phone number and address of delivering the shipment and, if applicable, details needed to issue the invoice (company name, VAT identification number, address) – in case of distance sale;
Name, surname, e-mail address, contact phone number and, if applicable, details needed to issue the invoice (company name, VAT identification number, address) – in case of personal collection.
These data were obtained as a result of civil law actions (sale/purchase), registration on the website, quotations, consideration of complaints or correspondence with our company on the day of carrying out the above actions.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulation”) for the purpose of:
conclusion and carrying out the sales agreement or agreement of providing services (basis for Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation);
actions necessary to consider the submitted complaint or to handle the application directed to the Administrator (e.g. by means of the contact form on https://assemteceurope.com/en/contact or via e-mail) (basis for Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation);
direct marketing of own products or Administrator’s services on the basis of your consent for direct marketing, if such consent was given, and until its revocation (basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation);
fulfilling the obligations related to archiving pursuant to Article 74 of the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994 (basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation);
fulfilling obligations related to the payment of taxes, including keeping and storing tax books and documents related to keeping tax books and keeping accounting records. Legal basis for data processing are legal obligations resulting from tax regulations (Tax Ordinance, Act on Value Added Tax, Act on Income Tax from Natural Persons, Act on Income Tax from Legal Persons) and from accounting regulations (Accounting Act) (basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation).
Your personal data will be kept for the duration of sales agreement, agreement of providing services, processing your complaint or handling your complaint, and then as long as it follows from the provisions of law or the legitimate interest of the Administrator, inter alia, for the period necessary to resolve any potential disputes that may arise in connection with the provision of services, e.g. related to claims (this period will include the period of limitation of claims arising from the agreement, in accordance with the applicable laws). Detailed storage periods are provided for in tax regulations, civil law and accounting regulations.
Your personal data may be entrusted, exclusively within the scope of performance of sales agreement or agreement of providing services, consideration of your complaint or handling your complaint, to the following entities:
postal service providers;
courier service providers;
payment service providers;
according to chosen option when placing your order.
Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for conclusion of the sales agreement, service provision agreement, handling of a complaint or application. If the data is not provided, it is not possible to conclude the agreement, consider complaint or handle the application.
You have the right to:
request the Administrator to access own personal data, correct them, delete or limit processing of personal data;
transfer data;
to object to the processing;
file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of this Regulation;
withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing.
You can exercise these rights in accordance with principles described in Articles 16-21 of the Regulation by contacting the Administrator, e.g. at iod@assemteceurope.com. The Administrator has the right to refuse the exercise of certain rights from among those indicated above in a situation where the exercise of a given right would be contrary to the legitimate purpose of the processing by the Administrator. For example, the Administrator may refuse to remove personal data contained in your order until expiration of the statute of claims limitations under concluded agreement.
Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
We also inform you that the Administrator makes every effort to ensure all the means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.
