Because of it we work with great commitment, providing comprehensive services in terms of design and production of electronics, as well as implementing own studies being the subject of patent applications.
A WIDE RANGE AND COMPLEXITY OF PROVIDED SERVICES
We provide comprehensive services in the production of electronics (SMD/SMT and THT assembly). These services include, in particular:
- Execution and commission of prototypes;
- Purchase logistics of electronic components (including import from abroad) at rationalized costs, including the relation price quality;
- Preparation for mass production;
- Automatic SMD/SMT assembly;
- Semi-automatic and/or manual complementary THT assembly;
- Mixed assembly (SMD/SMT and THT);
- Quality control of the assembly performance.
We accept varied orders – ranging from single prototypes up to a serial production.
HIGH QUALITY OF SERVICES
We care about the quality at every stage of the manufacturing process of electronics:
- We have a modern assembly line, which allows us to implement projects that require high precision, containing elements of a very small dimensions (even 01005) or with a small pitch of pins;
- We use high-quality solder pastes, tailored to the type of assembly;
- We use SMT stencils performed by the laser plotter specialised in this field;
- We take care of the maximum efficiency of the assembly (minimising the waste of electronic components);
- We perform careful post-production control.
ATTRACTIVE PRICES
Thanks to the use of technological devices and solutions optimising the costs of implementing small orders, we can now offer you prices that belong to the most attractive ones on the Polish market (this particularly applies to the prototypes, as well as short and medium series).
During the analysis of orders, we try to offer Clients the technical solutions optimising costs as much as possible (sometimes it happens that the small changes offered by us in the projects reduce the prices of implementing the electronics assembly by up to 30-40%).
We try to look for reliable suppliers offering the best (in relation price quality) electronic components/elements.
We offer discounts to regular Customers.
Our quality policy and pricing policy make the manual installation become more and more unprofitable (due to high labour costs and long implementation time). The increasing number of companies – if the technical considerations are not in the way – resign from the manual performance in favour of the automatic electronics assembly in the SMT/SMD technology and the through-hole assembly (THT) using the “wave” soldering.
TRANSPARENCY OF PRICES
By introducing the price list and a precise cost calculator we create a possibility for our Clients to obtain a detailed and comprehensive information about the prices of the services we provide. We do not hide the information about the necessary costs from the Clients (e.g. the implementation of SMT stencils), and we also do not use concealed costs (e.g. counting fees for the software or commissioning of the production line into unit prices of the assembly of the printed circuit boards).
TIMELINESS AND RELIABILITY
We provide short implementation times of the services. We try to fulfil our commitments honestly. The registered Customers after logging in on our website will be allowed to use the service that makes it possible to monitor the implementation status of their orders and the direct contact with the production department. The website also allows a quick and easy order placement through the order creator.
TECHNICAL AND LOGISTICS SUPPORT
Our Customer can count of professional help in preparing technical projects for the electronics manufacturing and advice in terms of optimising the costs of order implementation. With a database of reliable suppliers of electronic components, we try to provide the Customers with the use of elements purchased at attractive prices in the installation.
OPENNESS TO COOPERATION WITH CUSTOMERS FROM POLAND AND ABROAD
We are open to a wide (immediate and long-term) cooperation with Customers both from Poland and abroad. We take measured to facilitate direct contact with our counterparties.
