Our offer in the field of electronics production includes:
➡️ Technical assistance in preparing for electronics assembly:
- PCB panel design (multiblock)
- Placing fiducials on PCB (necessary to program machines on the assembly line).
➡️ Supply of printed circuit boards (PCB), made strictly according of specification given by the Customer
➡️ Supply and completing electronic components (SMD and THT), in accordance with the guidelines of the Customer
➡️ Making a laser-cut SMT stencil for applying solder paste, SMT adhesives or peelable masks
➡️ Electronic components assembly:
- SMD - automatic (single or dual layer)
- THT - semi-automatic (and / or complementary manual assembly)
- In both cases (SMD and THT) we use lead-free solder paste (RoHS compliant):
- SnBi (low temperature alloy)
- SAC305 (high temperature alloy).
- Solder paste printing under SPI control
- Fixing SMD components using SMD adhesive (recommended for assembly of large components on both sides)
- Reflow soldering (SMD) in a convection oven (with automatic control of soldering profile) or wave soldering (THT) by soldering unit
- Separation of PCB panels (multiblock) into single boards/modules
- Visual and 3D automatic optical inspection (AOI) of electronics assembly
Service characteristics:
- SMD assembly and THT assembly of electronic components supplied by AssemTec Europe or by the Customer
- Production of prototypes, serial and mass production
- Projects and information received from the Customers are treated as confidential and, if necessary, non-disclosure agreement is signed
- Each project is quoted individually on the basis of documentation supplied by the Customer and based on information on the type and size of the order (cost of electronics assembly services can be calculated using CALCULATOR)
- AssemTec Europe may keep project documentation to facilitate our Customers make repeat orders
